Who is cooper Coles?
Cooper’s journey in golf has always been meaningful, but everything changed when he gave his life to the Lord and, as he likes to say, became “fully surrendered to Jesus”. At twenty-nine years old, Cooper now sees both his life and his career through the lens of that surrender—grounded in a desire to know Jesus deeply and to make Him known wherever he competes.
Introduced to golf at just two years old, Cooper quickly developed a passion for the game. After a successful junior and high-school career, he turned professional at nineteen, pursuing excellence with discipline and determination. Over the years, he has continued to progress, earning opportunities on professional tours across the United States and internationally, including gaining status on the Clutch Tour in the United Kingdom in the 2023 season.
Today, Cooper and his wife, Sarah, share a united calling: to reflect Christ in every part of their lives. Their faith shapes how they train, travel, compete, and build relationships within the golf community. They view the world of professional golf not only as a career, but as a ministry—an environment where character, humility, and love provide daily opportunities to represent Jesus.
With many years dedicated to the game, Cooper looks ahead with clarity and purpose. His commitment to the Lord guides each step of his career as he continues to pursue full PGA Tour status. Above all, Cooper and Sarah are devoted to walking faithfully with Jesus and using the platform of golf to share His hope and truth wherever God leads.
