Hi, I’m Monet Goode.

WHY PROFESSIONAL GOLF?

Golf has been part of my life since I was two years old.

I turned professional at nineteen and have spent more than a decade pursuing excellence, learning perseverance, and growing through every success and setback the game has to offer.

For years, I believed my purpose was simply to become the best golfer I could be. Over time, God showed me something greater. He wasn't just developing my golf game. He was shaping my heart.

The missed cuts. The victories. The injuries. The uncertainty. The countless hours of practice. Every season became part of His preparation.

Today, I believe professional golf is far more than a career—It is the mission field God has entrusted to me.

Unlike almost any other profession, golf creates hours of conversation, shared walks between shots, and relationships that are built over time. It places people together through both triumph and disappointment, creating opportunities to encourage, serve, and point others toward Christ.

That is why I believe this platform matters.

Professional golf gives me the opportunity to:

  • Build authentic relationships;

  • Compete with excellence and integrity;

  • Encourage others in victory and defeat;

  • Reflect the character of Christ on and off the course.

My desire is not simply to earn a PGA Tour card. It is to faithfully steward every opportunity God places in front of me and represent Him well wherever the journey leads. Golf is what I do. Making Christ known is why I do it.
